If you want to go further, we agree a separate paid discovery engagement. Through structured discussions we produce a written development plan that belongs to you and can be shared with other suppliers for comparison.
A formal development quotation follows once the scope is documented. No build starts until contract terms and the required deposit are agreed.

Not necessarily. Many requirements discussions can take place remotely. Any on-site needs are agreed as part of scoping.
Can you provide a fixed quote after one call?
We provide a broad early estimate. A formal fixed-scope quotation comes after the requirements are sufficiently documented.
